Andrea is your “conflict cornerman.” Over the past 10 years, she has been working with some of the largest organizations in the country to help create an organized and as close to conflict-free environment as possible, especially for service and hospitality-related organizations.
Andrea began her career in the non-profit space working with the American Heart Association where she was a leader in their event planning activities. She also worked with the March of Dimes where she coordinated special events and oversaw the creation and development of several volunteer teams to fundraise an amount that was 5 times her salary.
Andrea’s organizational skills enabled her to become the head logistics manager for the largest speaking company in the country under Monster.com.
Andrea has been named as a “top employee” numerous times, across several different organizations, due to her ability to diffuse emotionally difficult situations and to infuse her team with positivity.
Throughout her professional history, Andrea learned firsthand how devastating stressful situations are for increasing turnover and employee disengagement.
Andrea has traveled the country conducting hundreds of trainings nationwide and teaching organizations how to run a more efficient operation and reduce stress. Andrea’s trainings are consistently rated as “the best experience” by her attendees.
